"The front desk staff were very friendly Ana helpful. The cleaning staff didn’t seem very interested in cleaning the room after my wife got up around noon. They would give us coffee but had to rest them to vacuum the room and never did replace towels. Not sure why this was an issue as everything was much better the previous week."
