"I loved this hotel. Perfect location. So much in the area attached to the underground city. Restaurant was drli ious. The pool and hot tub was phenomenal. I literrally spent 6 hours in it one night in 1degree celsius weather. The bed and pillows were perfect. First time my husband and i did not suffer from back pain. 10 stars!"

"Room 216 had the most amazing tub I have ever enjoyed. Truly brilliant design. Bed incredibly comfortable too. They are renovating both inside the hotel and the street so that is challenging. Breakfast was delicious!!! Great staff too. "

"We usual stay here when visiting Montreal. This time round we were a little disappointed. We had a loft goon on the second floor that faced the main road. We had a window that did not close properly and found it very loud all night. They fixed the window the next day, still noisy.Then on Sunday in the afternoon we had a sewer smell on our room. They responded quickly addressing the smell however there was a bubble forming on the ceiling above our toilet. They fixed it however the next morning it...

"If you ever wanted to sleep in a museum this is the place. I’ve never purposely spent time in a lobby but this one is just so inviting. So much character and detail everywhere. It’s truly an awe inspiring stay. "
