"First time staying at Andaz Ottawa Hotel for family XMAS who lives in city of Orleans (15 minutes away) I rented 2 rooms for my family and welcome desk Mr Pirami gave excellent service, attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, courteous and professional! No parking in the hotel. Valet parking was $45. Very convenient walking location. Will recommend this chain by Hyatt!"

"The hotel is very nice but they insist on a $150 deposit on top of their rate advertised on Expedia for incidentals. It gets credited back on check-out but i think thats a bit much. Food was very good at the restaurant and staff excellent. My room overlooked the commin area which was very loud one night past 1 am. Overall a very nice hotel. "

"I liked the location, I liked the staff (super kind), I liked the the room, even if it had a leaky faucet and a very noisy bathroom fan. I did not like the fact that there were too many "refugees and or asylum seekers" staying at he hotel, they were very noisy, they were not considerate to other people's rights for a quiet evening/night, and we witnessed them stealing food from the breakfast table, that was despicable"
