"The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."

"Overall experience was great! Good location, walkable from the station and very young lively vibe of hotel. Many people work at the hobby so beware of that if you want to save your seat. There’s a cafe in the same building and their coffee is great. Room condition was clean and everything was good. Had a good experience with local stitch, would like to visit again"

"The staffs here are wonderful. We put Do not disturb sign and they still bring us a bag of new towels each day and left outside our room. They help us to order taxi with their own app to any destination we need. The hotel itself is clean and in the commercial area. Many attractions nearby within walking distance, restaurants are around that very convenient The hotel has laundry rooms for you to do laundry "

Perfect stay, and a unique ice skating experience

"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "
