"Staff, weather it's housekeeping or front desk are super nice. It's very clean. For those who want to sleep in after 8 am, and are light sleepers, there may be an issue of construction noise. For me the noise never woke me up. Once up, it was slight inconvenience. There are two very nice restaurants on the property. One is owned by the hotel, is at the 27th floor. Other one is at lobby floor. The one on Lobby floor is a Halal restaurant serving, Middle Eastern and Indo Pak menu. I tried it and found to be excellent "

"Great location, great transport links. Bed was comfy, small room but nice and clean. Cool futuristic toilet and nice shower. Was very warm - thermostat stuck on 27 C made it hard to sleep, couldn’t change it down but nothing to complain about Overall a great hotel! "

"Comfortable & clean. Housekeeping staff was lovely and convenient location. Samseong station right outside hotel and underground walkway to COEX. Highly recommend. Beds are not as comfortable as North American standards but definitely more comfortable than Korean beds which are typically very firm. "
