"Close enough to everything and fun to take different routes to get around. Less than 10 minutes to metro. Lots of restaurants nearby and obviously plenty to do and see. Breakfast was always well stocked, and service was friendly. "

"I loved the breakfast selection and the location. It was 3 blocks from metro. There is a Safeway across the street, it comes in handy.No bar on premises. Disappointed with unfriendly reception staff and almost non nonexisting housekeeping. We even mentioned as we left one day that our room was not cleaned the day before, so we thought for sure when we returned it would be done…wrong. Had to ask for toilet paper!!!!"

The room was clean and very well-stocked - I loved that there were plenty of towels, that had not been the case in other hotels we have stayed in lately. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our stay. It was perfect in every way. "

"Our stay at the Washington Plaza Hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was exceptional and priced fairly. It is an older DC hotel, but nicely maintained. On location is parking certainly worth the extra fee. The monuments and museums are within walking distance if you don't mind a little exercise. "
