"Excellent hotel located very conveniently within a mile of the imposing St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansplatz). With lots of amazing dining and shopping options nearby, this hotel is within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The hotel was quiet, clean and safe and the staff were very helpful!"

"At first, I thought the hotel was a little sketchy. It has a very small elevator, which you have to take up one floor to reach the reception desk. The "Reception" is just a small office that seems pretty outdated. But the place really grew on me after a couple days. The room was very nice, the beds very comfortable, and it was very quiet despite being in a busy part of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Best of all, the location is outstanding, a block from a tram and subway...

"Second time staying here, good location just by two tram lines and a bus stop. Excellent price and simple, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff and if you arrive late the keys are left out for you. "

"Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all. I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet."

"The room was modest but clean, and great beds and pillows. Shower was clean, and lots of hot water. Breakfast was enough to keep going till mid-afternoon. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "
