"This place is terrible. When I arrived, it was closed and nobody picked up the telephone. Instead, I stayed at the Best Western, great place! Best Western = excellent experience! "

"The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night. "

"You are renting a save clean room with shared toilets, bathroon, kitchen, dining area and a backyard shaded by trees for smokers. It is located very conveniently for exploring Vienna on a limited budget for those with very modest accommodation requirements. You'll have to put up with some very noisy guests at times and not all house facilities are working as they should."

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"For the price, it was fine but room was hot for hours and it is small. The bed was FIRM to the point of not being comfortable but again, for the price, bed plus shower plus bad Wi-Fi is enough"

"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind. "

"The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....
