"I mistakenly booked a room with disability access but when I asked the agent to assist and switch, she told me I must use the room I booked. I ended up using the room but I felt like it was taking out of inventory a room for someone who might really need it. Additionally, the previous guest might have had a dog in the room which is why I had so much dog hairs on my socks and there strategic discolorations on one part of the carpet in the room. Other than that my experience was excellent with perfect location, quiet, and good price. "

"Kellogg is a hidden gem in DC. While off the touristed areas of the city, the university offers a safe and beautiful option connected to a hip art district that is alive with activity. The staff knows their stuff and are generous with their service. No accommodation was left unoffered."

"The hotel is located in a great location and you can walk to the most attractions. The only issue was the bed size which was full instead of queen which felt a little small for 2 people."
