"Great stay with second to none hospitality and service. Hotel is located directly connected to the Queen's Court/Plaza and plenty of dining and shopping options in the immediate area. Nearly everything is within walking distance to include subways and the train station. Hotel does have parking available. Highly recommended. "

"Room is pretty nice and spacious, clean and nice views. Amenities are decent, you can get the majority on the lobby. The spa is nice and big too, plenty of bath options to choose from like the soda bath, jet bath and the open air bath. The area around are perfect, you have Ariake Garden with a dedicated shortcut on 6F, plenty of food options at the food court and other floors. Plenty of shopping options too. All around good area to stay at, close to Daiba with a 5-10 min walk to the station. "

"The hotel is right there connected to the terminal.Lots of restaurants & dining options.The deluxe room is big & clean.Very modern.You check in & out in the machine but somebody there to help you. The only thing I don’t like nobody there to help you with your luggage.The hallways are carpeted & it’s a struggle to drag your luggage even with 4 rollers. ."

"Wonderful hotel, just one stop away from Haneda airport. Staff were amazing, very helpful and great service from all. Check in was a breeze and well organised. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Hotel itself was in pristine condition.Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Having access to onsite laundromat was handy. There are also places to eat and drink very convenient to the hotel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, great value and a very pleasant stay. I look forward to returning."
