The room was spacious and tastefully designed. Liked the sliding grid panel between the entry and main room. Appreciated the extra space offered by the seating area. Would like it if extra towels were already placed in the room, however, I assume we would be provided with extras if we asked. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant downstairs offered a great variety of Japanese food. Areas of improvement: Received emails from the hotel a few days prior to check-in informing us of potential construction activities in the hotel, and another one stating that the HVAC system would be switching from cooled air to heated air. When we got to our room, it felt uncomfortably warm. We were told by the staff that we could turn off the air delivery system and open the window to allow cool air from outside to come in. The window is pivoting, therefore, once opened, it makes it difficult to roll the shades down. It took a while to cool the room down. It would have been better if those notices were provided at the time of booking to help in our decision of selecting a hotel. Overall, we liked this hotel and recommend it.

Hotel room was quite small for 3 adults. No wardrobes to hang your clothes and sitting place with chairs to sit down to eat or drink apart from your bed. Bathroom was also small and didn’t have much room to put your things. However, the location was excellent.

Hotel room was small for 3 adults. There was no wardrobes to hang your things and really no place to sit down apart from your bed when eating or drinking in your room. No place to put your things when showering the bathroom was also quite tight. Apart from that the hotel was in an excellent location.

This hotel was convenient during our 5-day stay in Tokyo. Less than 10 minutes walk to 2 major train stations so it was convenient to get to all parts of Tokyo on the Yamanote line. It's in a slightly quieter part of Tokyo which is what we wanted, although still close to many dining options and convenience stores. The shower was excellent. I appreciated being able to control the ac temperature in the room. The room was a spacious size by Tokyo standards. The setup of the room would have been a bit easier if the bed futon wasn't on the floor of a raised surface. So you do have to be careful while getting in and out of bed especially if you are elderly, pregnant, or a young kid. I would stay here again for the location and size of the room.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bus could not stop in front of the hotel so you need to walk from the Main Street to the hotel with all your bags with check in and out. Otherwise rooms were spacious and the toiletries were abundant. The train station was really close.

Hotel was in a nice quite area, perfect for families. Close to train stations and restaurants, walking distance. Room was very clean and had enough space for luggage. Staff was also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Our family will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Japan.
