"We had an enjoyable stay at the property, which was beautifully maintained. However, it's important to note that the owner resides in a separate house on the premises. While they are very friendly, their residence is in close proximity to the rental home. Additionally, the property has strict rules that must be adhered to, including maintaining quiet hours starting at 10 PM and limiting the number of cars in the driveway to eight. Unfortunately, our family incurred an additional charge of $350...

"Wonderful stay at a very nice property. Randi was extremely helpful, responsive and accessible as a property manager. We had a spa problem and the owner came by within hours and fixed it himself. While he was there, I mentioned a TV remote control that wasn't working. Amazingly, a new one arrived on the front porch via Amazon/FedEx before dark! Very impressed with service and responsiveness. We had 6 adults and 6 kids having alot of fun and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! "

Pool equipment coming on at 5am was a little rough, and hearing an unknown male voice in the backyard (turned out to be pest control) was surprising. But host was quick to respond and attentive. "

"This place was great, we were able to fit 10 people and have a spare bed. The only thing I would note is that the showers do not have a door to the bedroom so for a group sharing a room (I.e. the rooms with 2 queen beds) you would have to be mindful of this. Otherwise, great space with spacious central area. Host was responsive and allowed early check in."

"The property was huge, as described in the listing. There are four bedrooms with their own bathroom in the main house. There is also a fifth bedroom with double doors that opens out into the living room that does nothave its own bathroom. "

"Property was attractive and comfortable, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, met the owner who was cordial and friendly, encouraging us to contact her if we needed anything. Easy getting into the property and leaving. Would stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay in the house. The house was clean and comfortable ,the hostess was very responsive. The only drawback is that there is only one key available to enter the house( apparently there is no spare key available),so if you lose/misplaced your key there would be a problem. You might have to call for a locksmith.. Other then this I can recommend the house and location."
