This was a 16 person Christmas family reunion. And we learn that we are unable to cook with proper ovens. We had to use the barbeque to cook our meals. Unacceptable. The futon couch was not that comfortable and we ended up having to watch the iPad on the bed. The area was great and the walking track was a plus. The amenities were also great. My only suggestion would be up upgrade to a more comfortable couch. Other than that the place was great. "
