"Amazing views and customer service "

"We stayed for two nights. The rooms were large, clean and had a map on the wall showing Captain Cook's voyages of discovery! The pub downstairs is also a tapas restaurant and the food is amazing. Try the pork belly bites for a taste experience! The unavoidable downsides are that the rooms were uo two steep flights of stairs and the bathroom is shared, so if you have mobility issues or want guaranteed privacy, this may not be the hotel for you. You can still eat the pork belly bites though! One serious suggestion: because the bathroom is shared, there really needs to be a hook in the bedroom for hanging up a damp towel. Other than that, it was great and it's a shame I don't to stay in that part of London again."

"Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn. Otherwise all good."

"Great place to stay. Great location. Very comfortable and very clean and generous amount of shampoo and body wash. Not any other hotels with small tiny bottles. The whole TEAM STAFF was excellent and well spoken. Thank you for the complimentary drinks coupon. Love the Christmas decorations. The breakfast spread was so good. Shall definitely stay there again! "Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good. There's not a lot to do around the hotel, but there are plenty of places to eat. You are within a five minute walk of a underground station."
