"The hotel is conviently located near hakata station. We drove so the parking at b2 led directly to the accomodation. If you park at b3, you will need to take the stairs to b2 to take the lift up to your room. Hotel permits multiple entry in the day. Just need to validate your parking ticket everytime you come back in. Did not try the cafe at the ground floor. Some parts of the hotel looks abit aged but its generally very flean and in good condition. Always a good place to stay at nikko hotels."

Rooms are somewhat small, as it’s typical in Japan, and could be cleaner, especially floor carpets. Breakfast buffet is OK with a rather limited selection. Staff are very friendly, helpful and speak good English. "
