"Japanese law makes is difficult to honestly review a japanese business. With that said, the property was worth what we paid for the stay. Canal city mall is ~ 14min walk and Hakata station is ~6min walk. Plenty of shopping and good places to eat nearby "

"A boutique hotel tuck away from the busy street near to Gokufuji subway station or 20 minutes walk to canal city or 30 minutes walk to hakata station. Room are well maintained and decent room size with air purifier in the room. I realised the staff members don't smile much. I suppose only the bigger room comes with a window view others only to be blocked by the adjacent building. House keeping for 4 days stay and above but changing of towels is available. Comfortable bed and sheets. "

"Pros: Clean, new, equipped with kitchen facilities, very nice bathroom with a bathtub, toilet with poophole water gun, Lawson nearby, right next to domestic airport (15 min free bus ride from international terminal). No elevator. Fukuoka domestic airport is very 20 min ride on subway to Tenjin. Con: the beds squeak really bad when you move on them (unless you don't roll your body at all). They squeal so bad that they wake you up."

"The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. The floors were covered in hair and dust, the washer was unclean, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since the place itself is nice. I was asked to email them with pictures, but the owner didn’t offer a new place and mentioned that the cleaner wasn’t available at night. They only said they would inform the cleaner about the issues. Although this place is more affordable than other hotels, I would never stay here again. "
