"We loved it!! Clean, welcoming and pet friendly! We spent our evenings in the hot tub gazing at the beautiful mountain and stream behind the property. All modern amenities. Roku, sauna and wi-fi. Nice big kitchen. So many great places to enjoy the scenery. The sounding knob fire tower, Greenbank Observatory and downtown Monterey are close by. Thanks again"

"For my wife’s birthday weekend I surprised her with a trip to this mountain getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hostess had a few birthday surprises for my wife which was very thoughtful. She was also very responsive when it came to contacting her for questions or for suggestions on what to do in the area. The cabin was amazing, very clean warm and inviting. Everything that you could need was available, from the bath towels to coffee maker. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the streaming smart tv was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a getaway retreat in the WV mountains!"

"A beautiful spot, the location was spectacular, other than the two mile trail getting to the house it didn’t help that it snowed the night before making it a little interesting getting down the mountain. The only thing I was a little bit sad with the American flag outside. It was very tattered. Being a veteran and a member of a VFW I dispose of it in a the proper way. We all enjoy our stay and it’s a beautiful place. "

"The cabin was tucked in the mountains with trees all around. The cabin was so good that we stayed indoors all the 4 days and never felt the need to go outside. Modern amenities but at the same time a rustic decor. Very spacious. Super clean bedding and bathrooms. Highly recommend."
