Find Hotel with a Concierge in Fort Worth, TX

"This was our 2nd trip to Ft. Worth to see a show at the Bass Hall and both times we stayed at this hotel. It’s directly across the street from Bass Hall. There is also the Cheesecake Factory and Jake’s Burgers across the street. Hotel is nice. It’s not a fancy embassy suites like some can be but it’s the location we like best. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Evening drinks and morning breakfast were nice. Staff was awesome including valet. We will definitely be back! "

"This was my first time staying at this particular property. Staff was really kind, friendly and professional, but the room myself and my wife were issued was not great. The room was super clean, but the bathroom door was not hanging right, it would never close. The shower had no door (weird), the room felt is as if it were not properly level. The floor (2nd floor) where I room was (238 to be exact) was as if we were on a decline and incline of some sort. We should have been given a better room....

"Check in was available starting by at 3pm. We arrived a little before 4pm and no rooms were ready. There were 2 others in front of us waiting for rooms to be cleaned as well. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic though. Our room was in building 2 and when we pulled up, there were belongings stacked over in one of the parking spots. "
