"We enjoyed a weekend getaway on the 15th floor. The room was gorgeous with an oversized king bed, walk-in shower and skyline view. Our check-in was swift however our first room was at 85 degrees. We had dinner arrangements to get ready for and couldn't wait for the technician to repair it. After explaining to Devin, who checked us in, he promptly found a matching suite available.
