"This was my first time staying at this particular property. Staff was really kind, friendly and professional, but the room myself and my wife were issued was not great. The room was super clean, but the bathroom door was not hanging right, it would never close. The shower had no door (weird), the room felt is as if it were not properly level. The floor (2nd floor) where I room was (238 to be exact) was as if we were on a decline and incline of some sort. We should have been given a better room....

"This was our 2nd trip to Ft. Worth to see a show at the Bass Hall and both times we stayed at this hotel. It’s directly across the street from Bass Hall. There is also the Cheesecake Factory and Jake’s Burgers across the street. Hotel is nice. It’s not a fancy embassy suites like some can be but it’s the location we like best. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Evening drinks and morning breakfast were nice. Staff was awesome including valet. We will definitely be back! "

"Nice staff, very clean accommodations. Good breakfast choices, free until 9am daily. Wish it was open a little later, but that’s me. The bed was hard, but we informed them and they added a mattress pad that helped some. The bathroom was clean. Only complaint was that the toilet paper holder was installed nearly 3 ft across from the toilet, so that created some challenges, but not a deal killer. Not a lot of bells and whistles at this hotel, but perfect for the price if you need a quick, clean...
