"We stayed at this house because of its proximity to the main snowmobile trail in the area. We rode from there all day around the surrounding areas for lunch and dinner both days."

"Was very please with the property it was in a small town right on the outside of town. Best part was having the Amish horse and buggies riding down the road each day. The hist was honestly amazing and accommodating. My best friend and her family live out side of fort plain NY, when I go up to visit this will be my go to house to rent. "

"Simply put, this is a stunning property, owned by a stellar host. The location was beautiful, quiet, very clean, and central to both Cooperstown and Richfield Springs. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a cozy lakeside getaway to rent this location."

"We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week."

"House had plenty of room for a family of 5. Host was extremely nice and answered any questions very quickly. House is in a very secluded area which was nice to sit outside and enjoy nature. "

"We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again."

"The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future "
