"We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again."

"Our family needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter in law and family in Mayfield to receive surprise news that our daughter is law is expecting with first child. There was not enough room at their home so we researched and found this gem. Interior/exterior looked brand new. Clean, well lit, enjoyed the fireplace and open kitchen, dining and living room layout. Easy access to the lake plus a fun deck, kids play area and fire pit. We had 7 in our group and this place...

"We had to stay close to Cobleskill so that our daughter could visit with two coaches at the college. Great location, very quiet, beautiful views. Was able to cook our own food and feel rested for the days that we were visiting. We will be back when she commits. "

"The best and cleanest place we have stayed in by far here in Caroga !!! The location was perfect and the private beach was amazing. We were there for the 4th and the front row fireworks were stunning ! Hope to stay there again !!"

The highlight for us was watching the supermoon rise over the lake. It seemed like you could reach out and touch it. The owners were great and made sure we had no problems. "I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, spacious, well stocked and quiet...you cant ask for much more. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. Not too far from Cooperstown but far enough that you didnt have to deal with the crowds. If you're coming for All-Stars or Dreams Park, or just to visit the HOF, this would be a great place to stay. And the title of the review is exactly what my son said when we brought him there from the baseball tournament, I guess...
