"The staff went above and beyond. I left a medication in the refrigerator in my room when I checked out. About 15 minutes after I left I received a phone call from the front desk alerting me to my mistake. It could have been hours or even days before I realized it. I was able to turn around and go get the meds. They saved me a lot of time and trouble."

"Just a couple of things, the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were bad. There’s not enough light in the bathroom. Way too dark to do make up. And breakfast ended at 9:30. We went down at 9 AM and there were others coming in. But most of the stuff was put away already. We had to ask for almost everything we wanted or needed. "
