"I paid a premium for the water view, and it was worth every minute of it. My only suggestion would be that the place spend some money updating the interior hallways with new flooring and paint, the stairwells should be rubber, coated, and railing repainted, the rooms went to a laminate flooring, which is noisy. It would be better to go to a luxury vinyl tile flooring in the suite would be better suited with a table and some chairs for dining. The pool area and beach area are worth staying here...

"As other reviews have stated, condo is nicely remodeled and the whole property area is in excellent shape. They are almost done with the main pool, opening soon. This unit however is very close to a very nice swimming pool, and we used that one. The workout center we went to was also new, maybe a year old? Beach is just a short walk away. "Stay was great, beds very comfortable. No complaints until time to leave. I had asked for a late check out they gave me 12 noon. We needed to relax for a little before heading back to meet. 11.25am they knocked on my door, told them they gave me noon, 11.40 knock on door, 11.48 knock on door. They didnt listen well at all. Seriously a lack of communication, and made it hard to be able to rest."
