"Hotel hive was clean and lively. We were let in in the wee hours. Staff is there 24 hours. Coffee is ready in the bar first thing in the morning. My room was on the first floor but was really the basement. It was clean and cozy. I could hear street traffic and people above me on the main floor walking but that does not bother me. There are quieted floors for those that are more sensitive.I will definitely stay here again."

"Really appreciated the great value for the location that we got by staying at your location so hard to say anything negative. We stayed in a King with a pull-out couch. While the pull out couch was used for our 10 year old son, with 2 adults and 1 child, and three medium sized luggage, it was VERY TIGHT. But, luckily we didn't stay much in the room other than to shower and sleep :) "

"Very nice one night stay at this hotel. We were in DC to see a show at the Kennedy Center and wanted a walkable hotel. Residence Inn fulfilled that expectation plus more! Beautiful lobby with infused water available. Eric at the front desk was very nice and professional, even though there were quite a few guests waiting--he was very patient with everyone.
