"The resort and grounds were absolutely beautiful, walkable and the beach was steps away. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Being both vegan and gluten free, I was so excited to see that each restaurant's online menu had 2-5 options available, so I didn't research other places. When we arrived, the menus were completely different and there were not as many options. Luckily the kind gentleman at Cafe 1736 told us about additional options at Plaza Nova, which was a short shuttle ride...

"My wife and I took our kids (5 and 2.5) along with my parents to stay on the Bahtia resort property and loved every minute of it. The in subdivision pool was great for an evening swim and during the day we had easy access (via golf cart) to both the beach club pool and bar area as well as the st Regis hotel pool and bar area. We also explored the boathouse which featured kayaks, paddle boards, and a floating obstacle course which proved daunting for my kids (this time)All of the staff members...

"The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. Our unit, however, was clean but VERY disappointing. It was not maintained well and many things were broken (the lock on the sliding doors, locks on the windows, THE TV!!!) "The property has an excellent location. The parking setup is perfect and very needed in this area. What is preventing me from eating it 5 stars is that the apartment did not have a WiFi router the week that I was there. I did talk to the front desk about the WiFi connection in the room and they said they would check. I finally found the place we're the router was supposed to be (inside the closet, high on the front wall of the closet) and there was NO router. I would make sure that you ask...

"Hotel suites as advertised, we had a great stay. Plenty of towels provided, nice neighborhood, close to airport, close to San Juan. Easy access. We really had a wonderful time. I will 100% recommend The only thing I found I should have contacted them prior arrival because I arrived at 10:30pm. There was a bit of issue contacting the hotel, I called about 4 times before I could speak to someone."
