"What an awesome place. The condo is spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very well stocked with linens and big bathrooms! Amazing L shaped balcony with water views from the master, second bedroom and living room (kitchen, too). The condo faces the marina and gulf which is north-east-ish. You can catch the sun coming up and walk across the street for those amazing Keys sunsets. Having previously only stayed in Key West, we weren’t sure what to expect of the middle keys. "Beautiful condo, secluded, quiet, perfect getaway! Boater’s paradise. We had a relaxing week never left the complex! Closest Publix is 20 minutes but if we plan accordingly you never need to leave. Condo is stocked with all essentials to cook right at home! We loved our unit and location and can’t wait to return. "

Management was super nice and accomidated our every resquest and even upgraded our stay to an oceanfront villa as it wasn't occupied. Only negative was, as other reviews mentioned, the lack of bathroom on the first floor. Otherwise perfect property in the Florida Keys."

"We spent four nights in this lovely condo. The grounds were all kept, plenty of parking and guard gated. Would recommend especially if you need to avoid stairs as many of the units in this community are townhouses with a second story. Ken the owner was available for questions and quick to respond. Don;t miss the Tiki sunset cruise located close by behind Snooks restaurant !"
