We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff with smiles. The pools were amazing, however the one was a little too heated, like bathtub warm which some people maybe like. Close to restaurants and very conveniently located.

Nice pool area - 2 pools and a hot tub. Pools were heated! Tiki bar where you could order drinks and food (Tiki bar staff not very personable but the other staff were great). We had a king balcony and the room was nice! Hotel is on a water canal and there are nurse sharks and we saw a manatee! Really cool. One restaurant on site which was wonderful. Great food and service. Many others walking distance. But you have to look online because many cool restaurants are off the road.

This Holiday Inn is an older building but appears to have had been recently redecorated.I liked the pleasant smell in the hallway, not at all musty like some older hotels.Our room was clean, nicely decorated, had a comfortable couch, and a small but usable balcony to sit on. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool was very warm and we could see the tv at the bar while in the pool. We enjoyed walking along the docks next to the hotel and going to the restaurant,Skippers, directly behind the hotel. The restaurant had live music, good service and excellent food.
