The location is very good, excellent restaurant bar next door. Although the hotel is clean it is very tired, needs an upgrade. Our fridge started to make a terrible noise during our last night, no one onsite after 10pm. Mentioned it on checkout, no apology.

The biggest attraction of this property is its connected marina. The wild birds, fish and reef wall around the boardwalk have some amazing sights to behold. We saw an iguana and a lemon shark and lots of pelicans seemingly resident there. You can enjoy your continental breakfast at the outdoor patio outside the reception hall, while watching nature showcase its magic.

I booked a suite for one week. Unfortunately the room was badly in need of repairs. The unit was exceptionally dim , lights did not work and kitchen was pretty gross. Fridge was incredibly loud and almost not worth running. Internet didn’t work for 5 of 7 days. Hot tub has been broken for months. Sad to see this hotel being neglected. Amazing location but won’t be back

Rooms are dated, but very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was cordial. We had cold, rainy weather so we could not enjoy the pool. Breakfast was good. Ate overlooking the marina. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was small and older.. it was nice too. E on the marina.. We were ready to move on to to Key West after a few days. The restaurants on the property were a big plus … we tried both and they were good. If we returned would have to get a bigger room.

Looks like older Key West property, dated but in good condition, it is not a Marriott but it is pretty good - look past the dated fixtures and cabinetry. You get a large room with full kitchen and an older jacuzzi tub. Views are great over marina, good food close by, attentive staff, they clean your room everday. Grounds are well kept and there is a fitness room. Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. Great Key Largo location - scuba, fishing, glass bottom boat, etc at marina. Decent sized pool and some pickleball courts. Elevators that work (unlike other properties that either do not have them or do not work). I would definitely go back.

The location was just okay. The rooms were extremely out dated and seemed dirty. Old beds and bedding. No instruction for parking and there was NO parking, we found a place to park a few blocks away in a bar parking lot, with no lights guiding to hotel location. Also, the office closes at 10pm, so anyone arriving after 10pm need to pick up keys at another location, which is fine but we were provided no instructions on room locations, parking or that we had pool cards and if not returned we are charged for those cards. The next morning the staff in the office were friendly, but overall id rate it a 3 at best.

Great stay. Would stay again. On a marina. Restaurant a few steps away. Trail/sidewalk near makes it great for walking and biking. Night time walk around the marina was incredible.
