We received an email with information about the area/restaurants/activities that was very helpful and the restaurant suggestions were all amazing! Check in was very easy. "Property was great, plenty spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed! Weather did not cooperate but that’s not anyone’s fault. Great location easy drive to Key West as a day trip. My only comment would be that the bathroom fan did not work but not a huge deal."

"I booked Kokomo Views for our 8-day family trip to explore all the Keys, and it gotta be the best travel decision I've made this year. The condo is such a rare germ as it situates directly by a sandy beach with beautiful swimmable turquoise water. Most of the Keys' foundation is coral limestone so having a private beach by the resort in Marathon is such a luxury. "This condo was an excellent place to stay. The unit was clean, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool and tiki bar, both in the mornings and evenings. The thoughtful inclusion of basic spices, cooking oil, paper towels, coffee filters, and ziplock bags was much appreciated, as were the full-size refrigerator and cooktop.
