"This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!"

"We really appreciated how easy and quick it was to communicate with the host. It was clean and felt safe. With a family of 6 we were happy to have beach toys and beach chairs. There was shampoo and conditioner and basic kitchen essentials and plenty of towels, and having a washer dryer was so helpful. The security gate people were always friendly and helpful. This was a great stay we highly recommend it. The beach is at the far end of the complex and that was a big bonus."

"The property management group Capital Jetset was fantastic. Easy check-in, great communication that was professional and friendly.The apartment's Coral Beach location is convenient to everything, direct beach access, full service grocery store, pharmacy, etc.The apartment was comfortable but the kitchen was lacking basics, no dish drainer, no tea towels, no large pasta pot , no large frying pan, etc. Oven was not working. Freezer was leaking into the refrigerator.Plus side, plenty of beach...

"The stay was great!! Everything was just as described in the pictures!! We had an amazing time!! "

"This was a great property. It was clean and Carmen made sure we felt welcome. The pools were great and the kids played in them everyday. Carmen even had a basketball so we could play on the courts. The condo is very well stocked, she even had sandwich bags, a cooler and chairs to take on our many beach outings. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, beach toys and anything else you could think of. The lanai was nice for sitting out in the morning drinking coffee, which I had forgot to get filters for...

"Check in and out procedure very "clunky"-not easy. Difficult to find office and parking. Was told to park in a certain lot for check-in and offloading bags. Could not get past that parking lot gate. The whole area is confusing to someone not familiar with Playa del Mar. Did enjoy the stay and the pool. Was not told that I needed to bring back towel cards or I would be charged for towels-had to find out from others. Too much guesswork/rules etc."

"The property is lovely - close to the pool, 10 min walk to the beach, close to golf, places to eat. Some minor problems but the owner was very responsive. Beautiful property. "

"This property is located near everything, restaurants on every corner. The food did not disappoint. The Mirimar food truck stop was awesome!! The host was the best, great communication. The property was very clean!!"

"Condo had all the accomidations and amenities. Stayed in Puerto Rico many times , historically in the tourist areas. This time decided to stay in an area unfamiliar with. Host was very responsive to questions, offering recommendations for travel experiences and local food establishments. Traveled with family, which consisted of wife and two teenage boys. Great cultural experience, along with some of the nicest beaches, apparently not known by many tourist.Rain forest close by if you enjoy...

"We enjoyed regular communications from the owner/manager regarding our stay. The unit is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved watching the nightly activity and hopping down to the beach/pool every day. Great location to everything by foot or by car if you decide to rent one. Parking is included which was amazing for us as we toured the island. We will absolutely stay again."
