"When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "

"I like staff members they serve in reception. Room is large , good double bed , but sofa bed isn’t comfortable, toilet is clean , beds clean is fine but room carpet is not clean. We always used holidays inn. But here we are not satisfied with room floor cleaning. "

"Lovely interior with spacious rooms with everything you could need for a 2 nights stay, only complaint is the noise outside the hotel if you leave the window open due to being on the high street but cant fault the hotel for that one. Would recommend to anyone staying in reading"
