"We loved this cabin! After a long day of volunteering with hurricane clean-up, it was nice to stay in a safe, quaint, and beautiful cabin. The driveway into the property was the only reason I did not give the "area around the property" 5 stars. However, I suspect the recent flooding is what made the driveway so bumpy. Overall, it was terrific, though! Ed was a great host!"

"This cabin is so adorable and has plenty of space. The owners are the sweetest, most accommodating, patient people ever! My husband and I were in town to help with hurricane relief. We were hauling a 20ft trailer with equipment. I reserved their Red Bird cabin initially but our truck & trailer didnt fit very conveniently at that location. Lisa and Ben were kind enough to allow us to move to a different cabin (Brookside) with more parking space for our equipment. AND they were patient...

"Cozy, comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to Weaverville shops and restaurants. Adjacent to nice park with trails for walking. "

"Remote, secluded, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable, rustic... creative use of a former tobacco barn has everything you need to relax in setting that is both beautiful and serene. I wish I had stayed long enough and in a better season to make use of the nearby opportunities to enjoy the nature and scenery that surrounds. The deck overlooks and provides access to a deep bend of the placid Nolichucky river just down the hill. Shop and dine before you leave town... Greeneville is about 30 minutes...

"Found the house very interesting. It appears to have been on older log cabin and expanded from there. I wish I had known that the floors are not even throughout the house, since my last day, I felt hard after forgetting to step up out of the bedroom. That aside, the house has everything you could need. including a beautiful outdoor space where you can listen to a creek."

"Mrs. Pat greeted us, gave us a tour of our beautiful cabin, and we adored her! She knew it was my husband's birthday and she had made us homemade cake as a special treat. The cabin was so beautiful with its gorgeous view of the pond, birds, lilly pads, and peacocks walking the grounds!"

"What a nice and peaceful place to stay. Great communication with hosts. She got right back to me with in 10-20 mins. The outside screened in porch was the favorite spot in the mornings and evening. I would definitely recommend staying"

"Expected better! Yard was not kept at all, very overgrown with weeds and poison ivy, so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit. Inside on first and loft was nice. Basement bedroom had mold on the walls and only a bed, no furniture in it. Dryer was broken."
