"Trip started out interesting when mt going to Gatlinburg was closed, hence 4.5 hour detour around mt. Then winter got us on the cabin driveway requiring us to go into winter action mode. Came to find snow. Loved it. Fireplace, wine and good food. Saw gaggle of Turkeys and deer out kitchen window. Could not ask for better adventure."

"We came up to serve the families of WNC who were affected by the storm. This property was great in location to access centrally from Asheville to Spruce Pine. It’s a gorgeous place inside and out. We were very surprised by the spacious rooms and porch areas. We had children from 3 to 16 and they enjoyed the bunk beds, backyard area and “secret” loft. There's a hot tub on the porch which was perfect for soaking and looking at the stars on a night that would otherwise be too cold to be outside. "Beautiful home. So clean and well cared for. Minutes from Hatley Pointe. They had games that kept us entertained during our down time. Communication was fantastic. Didn’t use much of the kitchen, so can’t comment much on that. The weather was rainy so didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy being outside, but they did have a great little patio and their backyard was just steps away from a hiking trail. Highly recommend. "
