"Our family really enjoyed our stay! It was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable; as we also enjoyed the pond, sunsets on the porch, and Hershey, the donkey. We found him some pears from a tree on the property and he loved them! We look forward to booking the house again, as our daughter attends Mars Hill University and it's only about a 10 mile drive to the school."

The arrangement of the house is nice. The Living room and kitchen is in the middle of the house with a bedroom and bathroom on each end of the house. "The guest house was spotless and had every amenity. It looked brand new and was very comfortable. Geri reached out to us after the hurricane to assure us that she was ready for us. We walked to the old town and had a late lunch twice at the Twisted Laurel. We will be back. It was one of the best VRBO experiences yet! ❤️"

"Tammy is an absolutely wonderful and accomodating host. She truly makes you feel like family and ensures your stay is comfortable and that you have everything you need! "This is a great spot! This property itself is at an awesome location with a beautiful view. Wrap around decks on multiple levels accent that. It was clean upon arrival. The hosts were clear and communicative. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things needed to prepare the food we brought. The kids really enjoyed themselves and so did we! We came with another family and it was plenty spacious enough for us all. We would highly recommend this property and would book again."

"From my last minute booking request until we departed, we had nothing short of an amazing stay. The cabin has a very nice layout, nice kitchen and awesome wraparound porch! We stayed in Sept and the nights were nice and cool to relax in the hot tub. Even the drive to the cabin was gorgeous with the tall grasses lining the road.
