"This downtown apartment is nicely decorated, very clean, and within walking distance to many locations in Johnson City; however, that proximity comes with a high noise level. There is a bar directly under the apartments that stays open until 3 am. They play music and there is a lot of activity outside of the door. The host does provide some noise cancelling devices in the bedrooms, and once I realized I could turn up the volume (white noise), it was helpful in being able to sleep.They have...

"From beginning to end, our experience with this condo rental was amazing. The unit was stocked with everything we could've ever needed (pots/pans, toiletries, great views, etc). It was also incredibly clean. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and the location of the unit was great. Extremely easy access to Hatley Pointe and to hiking trails. Truthfully, we could not have asked for a better experience. We plan on hopefully renting this exact property again! "
