"Holiday weekend trip with my girls . We upgraded to the regency club which was well worth the money . Checking out was a bit chaotic with valet service but our car came fast . Also the front desk person when I called down because valet would not answer was a bit frazzled and not very pleasant . Other than that loved it there"

"We appreciated the clean appearance overall. The staff were excellent in every way. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the lounge area for relaxing and playing cards. The coffee/espresso machine is a nice touch. We stayed for two days while sight seeing and waiting for our cruise. A great space to hang out between adventures! We also appreciated the restaurant attached to the hotel. Very good meals and staff. "

"I adored this quaint hotel. It had the charm of an older property, but has been very nicely updated. The location was conveniently located to Union Square and Chinatown and the Ferry Building (all very walkable). Would love to make a return trip soon!"
