"Did not understand the concept of a service dog. The lady working there was very rude about everything especially the service dog concept. The stairs going up were totally wet and our service dog slipped and rolled down about 5 steps and management did not show any concern. Small room with no television and someone was yelling off the balcony at all times of the night right next to us. Had to pay $250 dollar deductible fee besides room cost. Horrible place. "

"All the staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. The BnB was beautiful with lovely gardens. The breakfast had a large variety of fruits, pastries and quiche."
