They packed us to-go breakfasts when we had an early tour and went out of their way to find us a new ride when ours cancelled at the last minute. The shower head had good pressure but did not spray out well, but otherwise, it was clean and smelled wonderful every time we came back at the end of the day!"

"Riad Fes is a gorgeous property with Moroccan architecture and decor at its finest; it perfectly combines unique character and luxury. The rooftop has beautiful views of the city and Rif mountains. Anoüæŕ was a great bartender and server who was so happy and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We really enjoyed the Andalusian music at dinner and the musician Bernise was very welcoming. We recommend trying the eight Moroccan salads at the Restaurant Gayza. The Valentine’s Day rose petals, Fez traditional hats, and heart-shaped pavlova and chocolates were very cute for celebrating. They easily coordinated day tours and excursions for us. We were confused by the light switches in the room and the luggage service was delayed but were minor inconveniences. Most guests were American as well. All in all, it was a wonderful 3-night stay in Fes! "

"Riad was very beautifully decorated and staff was extremely polite and friendly. We had small issue not able to wash our clothes, but staff took us to a local laundry mart 2 mins away from riad and we got our clothes washed and dried in less than two hours. Breakfast is fast and fresh, suggest to have eggs or omelettes for hot breakfast option. Room was spacious and clean, area is very quiet, as long as other guests inside riad is not having a party, you will have a good night sleep for sure. We enjoyed our stay there and thank you very much! "

"ブーブジュール門から3分ほどで、メディナに宿泊する場合はとても便利な立地です。スタッフのおじさんおばさん(あえて親しみを込めて)はいつも優しく出迎えてくれ、初めてのモロッコ旅行で不安だったのでアットホームでとても安心できました。インテリアはモロッコらしくタイルや木製のドアなどとてもかわいいです。作りが古いのは仕方がないことなので、リヤドの雰囲気を楽しみたい方におすすめします。 朝ごはんは結構質素、アメニティもないので、ホテルとは違うものだと思って楽しむといいと思います。"
