"This place was great. There was some confusion upon arrival as there was no one to help with our bags as other riads had porters. We finally got help with cost 20 MAD and we ended up having to pay him 100 MAD and the hotel did not help break our bills into smaller bills - so just be aware. The bar was probably the best part of the experience. The only thing that was awful was the kids staying at the riad - this is not their fault however the screaming of these kids would echo is the small...

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in all my years of traveling. (I don’t stay at 5 star Four Seasons type places fyi) It is absolutely beautiful (please see pictures) Service, especially SIham, was exceptional. The breakfasts served in the gorgeous courtyard were great. It is easily located to the medina and walking distance to the main tourist sites in old Fez. The beds we’re comfortable, and the rooms gorgeous. Daily housekeeping. Highly highly recommend staying here. "
