"The Dar was originally built in 12th century, owner Namir spent more than 3 years to renovate it before he opened this Dar to his guests, it was so beautifully done with plenty of handmade decorations and finishing including both the central yard and the guest room. During our 4nights stay, Namir and his team also provided great hospitality, we felt safe and cozy at the Dar, Namir treated us like his old friends, shared tips for us walked in Medina and parked nearby safely. Special thanks to Mohamed too, this handsome young man was always helpful and caring. "

"I typically don’t give reviews but am doing so as I relied heavily on them for my trip to Morroco. I had an amazing stay at this Riad. The hospitality from both Othmane and Hajar was exceptional. They truely went out of their way to make our stay in Fez even more special. We were two females travelling together and felt very safe. The Riad is very well located and is close to a parking lot so you do not need to walk very far from being dropped off by taxi. We also used this parking lot as a reference for us to get back to the Riad as the Medina is quite hectic to navigate. The breakfast was very good and changed every day. We stayed in the Andalouse room and were very comfortable. Big room and bathroom. I would definitely return to this Riad. "

"A very gd experience to stay in such a valuable old building built in 1361. Almost storey hig ceiling, high windows and room door, stunning. The emrald swiming pool is relaxing and Instagrammable. Yet the room we had was exceptional, large, spacious and beautifully designed in Morrocan style. Our large bed was so much like designed for the a queen. "

"Loved my stay at Riad El Yacout. The riad is beautiful and historic. The staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect for exploring Fes. I highly recommend a stay here! My only complaint was there was a cockroach creeping around my room. I know it's an old building in an old city, so not much you can do about that, but I didn't love it haha."

"This Riad tucked inside the Medina is an oasis of calm and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The staff were super friendly and helpful and catered to our every need, from arranging a porter to get us and our luggage to the Riad initially to putting us on beautiful rooms and bringing breakfast up to the roof terrace each day. We had a wonderful stay, only thing to note, much of the businesses in the Medina do not open on a Friday, so we were glad we had time before Friday to experience it, as Friday was a very quiet day."

"A fabulous Riad. Stunning interior. Great location in the heart of the Fez Medina. One thing to keep in mind is that there are lot of stairs. Fez is hard if you aren't fit. We were fine but my mother would have had difficulties."
