"This Riad is lo ated i side the Medina so its advisable to call ahead 20 minutes prior to arrival so a porter can take you and your luggage directly through the maze that is the Fez medina. The hotel can book a private 4 hour tour of the medina with a local guide for $40 Euro and ask if Omar can guide for you. Well worth it! "Riad Fes is a gorgeous property with Moroccan architecture and decor at its finest; it perfectly combines unique character and luxury. The rooftop has beautiful views of the city and Rif mountains. Anoüæŕ was a great bartender and server who was so happy and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We really enjoyed the Andalusian music at dinner and the musician Bernise was very welcoming. We recommend trying the eight Moroccan salads at the Restaurant Gayza. The Valentine’s Day rose petals, Fez traditional hats, and heart-shaped pavlova and chocolates were very cute for celebrating. They easily coordinated day tours and excursions for us. We were confused by the light switches in the room and the luggage service was delayed but were minor inconveniences. Most guests were American as well. All in all, it was a wonderful 3-night stay in Fes! "

"Riad was very beautifully decorated and staff was extremely polite and friendly. We had small issue not able to wash our clothes, but staff took us to a local laundry mart 2 mins away from riad and we got our clothes washed and dried in less than two hours. Breakfast is fast and fresh, suggest to have eggs or omelettes for hot breakfast option. Room was spacious and clean, area is very quiet, as long as other guests inside riad is not having a party, you will have a good night sleep for sure. We enjoyed our stay there and thank you very much! "

"Excellent riad in the old city. Very friendly multilingual (Arabic, English and French) staff that can help with taxis and tours. Beautiful rooms with luxury touches (we had one on the top level with an open-air terrace and a wonderful view). The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended for those wanting a very nice place in the old medina. "
