"Location is great. Right next to Eastsound. Drive up the hill to the house is a bit steep and gravelly, but we were able to get a Prius up there easily. View from the house is fantastic. Hoping to stay again in the future."

"There were three of us staying for two nights. We did not spend very much time here and I wish we could have stayed longer. It is a lovely, thoughtful, clean and well equipped home. This home would be great for a family. There are lots of games, wonderful space allocations and very nice outside spaces as well. We wish the weather had been warmer for that! "We visited Orcas Island for a family event and stayed at Lori's home. It was peaceful, comfortable, well supplied and met us with a glorious view to the west! We enjoyed fires in the fireplace and evening dips in the hot tub under the stars. Beds and linens were great quality and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with just the right amount of good quality cookware, etc. We would stay again. Thanks Lori!"

"We skipped out on Thanksgiving this year with a getaway to Orcas Island. The Ocean View House on East Sound was a lovely spot - close to town, close to Moran State Park, views of the water, quiet. It offered everything we needed - comfortable and cozy hang/living area, comfortable beds, big kitchen for cooking and the outdoor covered porch with fire table and outdoor TV with views of the water was a total bonus. "What a wonderful experience! This location was perfect for our family including our dog, and the property manager was so helpful. We initially had to move our date due to unforseen circumstances, and the owner was so kind and helpful to just move it to another date to accommodate our needs.The view was stunning, the hot tub was lovely, and the owner again worked with us when our dog scratched the door while we were off to dinner. Thank you for helping us enjoy our weekend and we will be back...
