The place was new and neat. The room was comfortable to fit 6 people in and it was clean. The breakfast was good, but a bit slow with keeping up on the food and keeping the area clean. One person was doing front desk and all the breakfast prep and clean up. Pool and workout rooms were nice, but not very big. Would stay again.

This brand new hotel is located in a quiet area, offering a peaceful stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There’s convenient parking, and the suite is well-equipped with everything you could need. Highly recommended!

Hotel was new and clean. Breakfast was good. Some staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately room was not ready until almost 2 hours after check in. Had to sit in the lobby while we waited. No compensation given and the staff we dealt with for that issue was very unfriendly.

It’s a new property so obviously it’s going to be clean with nicer facilities. However they still have some kinks to work through. Breakfast wasn’t great and multiple of us had to wait 25 min for staff to refill everything as everything was gone at 7-8am. Hard to locate staff to restock pool towels, restock breakfast which was subpar, restock “complimentary” coffee. More training opportunities!

Everything was great until we checked out. The lady at the desk was very rude and aggressive. It ruined our experience with the hotel. People like that should not work at a front desk. She left the front desk to chase my family to the parking lot asking them to check out while I was waiting at the front waiting for somebody so we can check out. While checking out she was sarcastic, annoyed and irritated. No smile at all. No greetings. The hotel was great but that front desk lady just ruined it.
