It is beautifully decorated and the beds and furnishings were like new. There is lots of natural light and a special sunporch were you can enjoy coffee with a view. Highly recommended!"

My only negative comment was that there was no book or instruction at the property to explain the full check-in regarding WiFi, trash disposal days, etc. however the property manager was very responsive and answered most questions within an hour or less. "Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable."

"This well kept home in this charming and historic part of Spokane was more than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger than it seems. We had 3 adults, 4 teenage boys (13-14) and a pup, in town for our grandsons state basketball championship. The interior is modern and has all the features you need. The kids loved the vintage Nintendo and it brought back memories for my husband and I. Close to the games we were attending. Would love to stay here in the spring or...

"This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Spokane with our family. The property was clean, well maintained, and tastefully updated. It is close to downtown Spokane (10-15min) and had lots of amenities near by. The property hosts were so easy to work. We needed a late checkout and they were more than accommodating to help us out! Will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Spokane. "
