"This one level townhouse is in a nice neighborhood, quiet - never heard the neighbors. Host description is accurate and home was very clean. Host is VERY responsive to any questions or problems. Kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms had toiletry products. Master bed mattress was comfortable. Plenty of closet space and hangers and a dresser as well. Lamps in the master had charging pads and usb plugs - nice touch. Did not use the back yard, but it looked like a nice space with a fire pit...

"Loved the house! Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well-stocked. There was more than we needed. However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed."

"We came to Yuma to ride rzr in all the areas my father in law took us when he was alive. A lot of great memories of trails we used to ride. Place was great for us, place for dog to play when we got back. We accidentally left a bunch of wash cloths in bathroom drawer. "

"This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It was centrally located, easy to find, and the house was easy to access. The pool and patio area was a great place to hang out and eat dinner. The property manager was responsive and helpful."
