We were particularly impressed with the service provided by Mercy. She was very customer oriented and helped us with dinner and transportation. This What is the best level of service provided Any place I ever stayed in my 45 years of travel. I would not hesitate to stay here again "

"Very welcoming, pleasant and made staying easy because they covered the issues that most travellers to a country would like to know or experience. There were specific little touches in our room that stood out. The welcoming message and of course the delicious wine and view from our room. Also noted was their consideration for environmental issues. I don’t explore the cape fully but will Come back to Lovane again given the opportunity. Thank you.
