"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "Everything was great. There was a warer leak somewhere in the hotel. They had to shutt down the water for couple of hours. Other than that everything was fine "

"The thing I disliked the most is parking costs! $100 CND inside the hotel per night and $50 offsite! That’s LUDICROUS for a top end hotel like the Hilton! I’m disabled with mobility issues and made the staff aware of this even flashing my disability parking permit and it still did not mater said all handicap spots were taken! Appalling in this day and age! Hotel was great otherwise!"

"The hotel is old but it has a good location because there are a lot of restaurants around it. Very near the falls as well. The only thing I was not satisfied is that there is no protein in their free breakfast. "
