"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"Came in the offseason (February). Very calm. Staff was friendly. Nice and clean room. Sometimes the slowness of the offseason showed and staff was sometimes a little harder to get a hold of. But great property, could see the falls, pool and gym was nice. Spa was great. Great opportunity to relax. "

"Great place to stay with easy walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet during our stay. Parking onsite (extra $ ??) was easily accessible. Lots of eateries not far from the hotel. Pool was nice but cold. Had a nice workout area. Would stay again! "
