"The only negative was the valet/parking situation. The valets asked me to move my car from a spot in the hotel parking lot and then to get in line for the valet. Once we reached the front of the line they asked us to park our car ourselves 15 feet away from where we originally parked. The whole process was frustrating and pointless and freezing as it was -10. Other than that, had a very nice and relaxing stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were easy to use and a bonus....

We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. I always find things in pur rooms though, whethere is soap scum in the tub, urine stains in the bathroom in differen tplaces, our light sqirches even qere dirty. Its a great hotel jist wish theyd keep up with the cleanliness abit more"

"Stay was good overall and the room was better than expected to accommodate 5 people. The fan / heat in the room was incredibly loud and noisy. I live in Canada and I am used to all hear / furnace noises and this way horrible. There was no way to control it. Should be fixed to get a good night. "
