Everything was clean and in like new condition both outside and in. Although we did not get a chance to meet Marianne or Doug, communication was always prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a great spot within walking distance of Encinitas town centre and the beach! "

"We had an good experience staying at this property. The property was very clean, exactly as described, and met our expectations. The neighborhood is walkable and is a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Jason provided a water bowl and a cushion for our dog, which was very thoughtful, and there is a small turf area for dog potty breaks. The owner was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for self-check-in and checkout, which made the process stress-free. I recommend this place...
