"The property was clean and a wonderful location! We were there for my son’s wedding. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"We had a wonderful (but too short!) stay at this great little apartment. The location was an easy walk from the train station and Carlsbad Village with all the wonderful shops and restaurants. And one block from the beach! Small layout but it had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Pretty back deck with seating. "Unit F may be unique in the complex for having a sightline to a segment of ocean horizon one block to the west. It fulfilled my wish for a water view without the beachfront price. The apartment totally met our expectations for layout, supplies, cleanliness, quality and neighborhood.
